This service pack provides:

• Updated Payroll for January 2020 for both Canada and the United States.
• Updated TeamViewer
• (NewViews NPH only) Housing Income Limit (HIL) report has been updated for new household income limits and new high need thresholds
• Behaviour changes with regard to the File>Download command when the workstation and server are on the same computer.
• Behaviour changes with regard to the File>Backup command, which once again works on remote databases. Note that the name of the Database Multi-User Backup user option was recently changed to Database File Download. This option now controls both permission to perform file downloads and permission to perform file backups on remote databases.
• Problem/Bug fixes (Window>Copy Table Columns and Window>Paste Table columns could break column definitions; spurious columns appended to the active table)
