| Database Utilities | Database Utilities is a unified diagnostic and repair utility. Database Utilities provides an interactive window from which operations can be run. They can also be run from a command line or batch file in order to take advantage of Windows ability to schedule tasks. |
| Demobooks | The demonstration set of books. These databases are provided to help you learn NewViews. They are fully functional databases with transactions. They demonstrates various account, journal and report structures. They also have functional purchasing order and invoicing, sales orders and invoicing as well as functional USA and Canadian payroll. |

| NV1 Import | Used to import books from NV1 that have already been exported. |
| Register | Used to register the NV2 program that has already been installed. |
| Server | Starts the server. |
| TeamViewer | Starts the TeamViewer remote on-line support application. |

The Canada and USA demonstration sets of books are provided to help you learn NewViews. Both have fully functional payroll employees and account structures for payroll taxes and remittances. Both have functional purchasing order and invoicing, sales order and invoicing with trade tax details for various account, journal and report structures.
The non-profit demonstration set of books are provided to help you learn NewViews. This demo set of books is a sample of a Multi-sector Service Agency. Included are four sector examples;
The new tutorial books are provided to help you learn NewViews report arithmetic. This is a fully functional NewViews application database. Only a handful of accounts, journals and reports have been exposed. This provides a simplistic report structure to learn and understand report arithmetic. With only a handful of transactions, it is easy to follow the effect on account and report balances when a transaction is added or an account is re-totaled.
