To change the type of account on the setup view of a report:
Activate the account type field.
Press <F3> to bring up a select box, and double click the appropriate account type.
NOTE: If you accidentally change a text line to an account and want to change it back again, change the account type to ACCOUNT, make sure the name and normal balance fields are empty.
The position of accounts on a report or account type table can be changed at any time and accounts can be moved from one report to another. However, you can only rearrange accounts on a report or account type table when they are sorted in interactive order.
Make sure the table of accounts is sorted in interactive order (v or ^) will appear in the title of the line column). If the table is sorted in another order, click the title of the line column to sort the table interactively.
Activate any field in the first account you want to move.
Issue the command Block>Start.
If you want to move a block of accounts, activate any field in the last account you want to move and issue the command Block>End. (NOTE: If you only want to move one account, issuing the Block>End command is optional.)
Activate the line in the table above or below which you want to move the account(s).
Issue the command Block>Move>Insert to insert the account(s) above the active line or Block>Move>Append to insert the account(s) below the active line.
In the NV2 Database Explorer, activate the report or account type table containing the account to be moved.
Activate the report field of the account to be moved. Press <F3> to select the name of the new report (double click to choose the report name from the select box).
