Servers were not terminating correctly.
Instead of completely terminating, the server was left running in a zombie mode. Because the server had not completely terminated, workstations connected to it were not notified. In addition, because the server had not completely terminated, the server was not restarted. A workstation was therefore unable to reconnect to the server, even after terminating and restarting the workstation. It was necessary to intervene on the server and use the server task manager to terminate the server process. This release fixes this problem.
