Hiding Folders

An account's table has a "Type" column. Each account has a "Type" field. The Type field can have several values.

Folder Settings
default
The value is inherited from the parent.
folder
The Type column should be set to folder to cause the row to appear as a folder When set to "folder" to row will appear as a folder.

file
When set to "file" the row will appear as a file.
hidden
The folder is hidden from view, and the main tree is reset.

The above settings can be used to display or hide whole branches or sub-folders.

Hide "Payroll" if you don't use it

If you do not use "Payroll" you could hide the Payroll folder in the main explorer. Click on the "NewViews" folder, select the "Classes" tab, locate the row with Payroll and change the Type value from "folder" to "hidden"

Hide "Odds and Ends" if you don't use it

If you do not use "Odds and Ends" you could hide the "Odds and Ends" folder in the main explorer. Click on the "NewViews" folder, select the "Classes" tab, locate the row with "Odds and Ends" and change the Type value from "folder" to "hidden"
