NewViews only sends email.
NewViews does not receive email.
NewViews is not designed to receive or store email text or attachments within the NV2 application database. However your organization may require that a record of all sent emails be kept.
We recommend that you set the Email Archive List field in the printing prompt with an email address that is yourself or a designated email account.
We recommend that your organization setup a new email account. e.g. newviews.archive@yourorg.com where yourorg.com is replaced by your email domain name. This account would only be used to receive copies of emails generated by NewViews. In the Email Archive List enter the above account, newviews.archive@yourorg.com account.
Now a copy of all emails sent to your customers, vendors and/or employees will be in the newviews.archive@yourorg.com account.
