Print anything to PDF

Although NewViews can print the following documents directly to PDF as an email attachment

• Invoices
• Receipts
• Statements
• Direct Deposit stubs
• EFT Payments detail advisory slips
• Purchase Orders

All NewViews documents can be printed to PDF, it may take one or two extra steps.

Method 1, no print preview

• set print destination to printer
• set the printer to PDFCreator
• the document will be in the Auto-save folder as set in PDFCreator.

Method 2, with print preview

• set print destination to display
• from within Excel choose PDFCreator as the printer
• "print" the document as a .pdf file

The same Excel templates used for printing to paper can be used to print to PDF.
