Printing financial statements via Excel is adequate for most reporting purposes. However, there are times when a more "formal" appearance is desired, and achieving this with Excel can be difficult.
Presentation quality reports are created in an HTML format, which permits greater freedom in modifying their appearance. Shown below is part of a balance sheet created with the Print>Presentation Quality command.
