The Print>All menu command can be used to print near presentation quality reports. See
Shown below is three picture story board of a report view created and configured to display three columns, and printed to Excel using the Print>All menu command. It may be adequate, but several formatting features are missing and can be time consuming to add.
Notice in the printed report shown below, no currency symbols are printed, the account descriptions are not indented, amounts for the current year are not bolded, etc.
