The Payroll Withholdings prompt settings should be updated to ensure proper remittance by adding the 4 accounts as shown below. These are the new CPP2 accounts that were added in Step 1. Typical values are CPP2-HELD, CPP2-REM, ECPP2-ACC and ECPP2-REM.
