When you use software products provided by Q.W.Page Associates Inc., we may automatically collect diagnostic data which helps us to find and fix problems in order to improve our products and provide better customer experiences. This diagnostic data is transmitted to the Q.W Page Customer Experience Server with unique device identifiers that can help us recognize an individual computer and understand that computer’s performance issues, strictly as they relate to the use of our software products. This includes reports on crashes, errors and bugs, as well as usage patterns. We will never collect any financial or non-financial information entered by users.
4. Limiting Collection
The Personal Information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you in person, over the telephone, or by corresponding with you via mail, facsimile or the Internet.
