Refund Policy

Refunds on NewViews 2 and NewViews for Non-Profit Housing Products

Refunds on NewViews 2 and NewViews for Non-Profit Housing workstations can be requested up to 30 days from the purchase date or until the product is registered, whichever comes first. Refunds will not be granted once a workstation is registered. NewViews products can be used in evaluation mode prior to registration. In evaluation mode, each set of books is limited to maximum number of operations that can be performed and once that limit is reached, data is automatically switched to read-only. Data is unlocked for write operations by entering the serial number that is provided when the product is registered.

Note that a $50 service charge will be applied to all refunds.

Refunds on NewViews for DOS Products

All NewViews for DOS products are non-refundable.

Refunds on NewViews Update Plans and Support Plans

All NewViews Update and Support Plans are non-refundable. This includes:

  • NewViews 2 Update Plans
  • NewViews 2 Support Plans
  • NewViews 1 Payroll Plans
  • NewViews 1 Premium Support Plans
  • NewViews 1 Basic Support Plans
  • Support Pay Per Calls
  • Consulting Services

Refunds on NewViews Workshops

Workshop fees are non-refundable unless a NewViews Workshop is cancelled by Q.W. Page Associates. In this case, attendees will be given the option of attending the workshop on an alternate date or requesting a refund.
