Although Q.W. Page Associates Inc. (QW Page) will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information with regard to NewViews Upgrade Plans and Support Plan services, QW Page is not engaged in the business of rendering legal, accounting or other professional services. Accordingly, subscribers to Upgrade Plans and/or Support Plans may not rely solely on the products and/or services provided by these plans as fact. Depending on the user’s circumstances, legal advice or other expert assistance may be required, in which event the services of a competent professional person should be sought.

NewViews 2 and NewViews NPH Support Plans (120 mins / yr)

NewViews Support Plan services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to particular purpose, or customs or usages of trade. QW Page does not guarantee that all defects will be corrected or that all program problems will be resolved.

QW Page shall not be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits, or for any claim made by any other party, even if QW Page has been advised of the possibility of such damages resulting from the use of these services or arising out of any breach of warranty.

QW Page may limit the duration of calls and may determine the conclusion of an incident. Service and support provided by QW Page does not include hardware applications and installation, including, but not limited to computers, hard disks, networks and printers. QW Page reserves the right to withdraw or change any support policy effective prior to, or at the end of, a subscription period.

Our policy is to support the current version of NewViews software. We reserve the right to require users to update to the current version in order to obtain technical support, as older versions may lack features, enhancements or bug fixes that are integral to the issue for which support is required. Please note that the accuracy of NewViews Payroll, EFT and RGI requires you to be running the most current version of the software.

NewViews 2 and NewViews NPH Update Plans

Each NewViews Update Plan is valid for a period of one (1) year. NewViews Update Plans that are renewed on or before their expiry date are considered “current” and can be renewed at the discounted rate shown on our website (see NewViews 2 Pricing  or NewViews NPH Pricing for details). NewViews Update Plans that are not renewed on or before their expiry date are considered “lapsed”. Lapsed NewViews Update Plans can be renewed for a period of one (1) year for a flat fee of $350 per lapsed plan, during which time they revert to current status and may be renewed at the applicable discounted rate before the next expiry date. PRICING FOR LAPSED NEWVIEWS UPDATE PLANS WILL TAKE EFFECT ON MAY 1, 2020.

If you renew a NewViews Update Plan that is current, the start date of the new plan will be the expiry date of the plan being renewed. QW Page reserves the right to withdraw or change any Plan policy effective prior to, or at the end of, a subscription period.
