Update on Canada Post Strike

On September 25, 2025, Canada Post announced a national strike that impacted mail delivery across the country. As of October 14, 2025, Canada Post has shifted its strike action to rotating strikes. This means mail is moving again, although slowly.

At this time, we are granting an extension to customers that normally pay their invoices by cheque until October 31, 2025. If mail continues to be delivered through to the end of October, we suggest you put your cheque in the mail; there will be no penalties if it takes longer than usual to get to us. If mail delivery comes to a complete stop again before the end of the October, you should make alternate arrangements for payment. You can choose to send the cheque by courier, or make your payment by EFT or with a credit card. Please note that we do not accept payment via email transfer at this time.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you can do so on our website using the Payment on Account option, which can be found under User Resources. For convenience, you can also click here.

If you would like to make a payment by EFT, please send email to info@qwpage.com or call us at 905-946-9460 to request the banking information that you will need.

If you have already mailed a cheque and it is stuck in transit, it may be delivered in the next few weeks. We will send you a receipt by email if it arrives. If you have put a stop payment on the cheque and made your payment by EFT or credit card, we will contact you if the cheque arrives to find out if you would prefer to have it returned or destroyed.
