ParticipantThe Block>Move>Append does not appear to work. the manual describes the action as:
“The Block>Append is used to move a marked block of items to the end of the current document. The block disappears from its original position, and reappears at the end of the document”.
When I blocked a group of accounts in a report and issued the Block>Move>Append command the following error appears
“Could not move block, Attempted to move a block to a destination within itself”
The Block>Move>Insert works fine.

ModeratorIt sounds as if the current row highlighted is within the items that you had blocked. I’m using NV2 2.05 service pack one and Block > Move > Append is working for me.

ParticipantMartin:
This is the steps which cause the error:
On a report, block one or more lines. Then without leaving the area, or clicking on any other line issue the Block>Move>Append. You get an error.
If you block one or more items, click off the blocked lines then give the append it moves the block to the line you clicked on, not to the bottom.
I’m still on version 2.04 but should that make a difference? I didn’t update to 2.05 because of the printing problem, but I will.

ModeratorOK, I see your problem and have compared it to the manual. I’ll look into this.
The printing problems with 2.05 have been solved. Download the most recent build 2.05 service pack 1.

Append The Block>Append is used to move a marked block of items to the
