We have a problem with the paycheques not appearing on the transaction view on one of our users. The payrun is showing the cheques, in the middle window, but when you go to the main window, under transactions, the cheques are not there, they are appearing in the bank. We have looked under administrator and the cheques are listed under transactions. We have checked all of the edits, etc for that user, and are at a loss to determine why the cheques are not listed for the most recent payrun. Can you help.

Click on the transactions button and select Paychecks. From this table, right mouse click View > Sorted By > Select Index. Perhaps, you have something entered in this view for this user.

Perhaps try Window Default setup on the – Paychecks title bar (right mouse click).
