Hi, we have a set of books that has not been accessed in quite awhile, it is version 2.08- we need to convert to 2.19, but the books won’t convert- no error, just a message that the books can’t be converted. How can we bring these books up to date so that we can access the files.

Hello,
In order to convert from a version prior to 2.09, you must first update that database to 2.09. Which means you would have to install 2.09 on the computer, update the database and then convert to 2.19.The link to download version 2.09 is http://ftp.qwpage.com/hidden/nv2.09.6.20071009-win32-ix86.exe
