Help,
We have installed 2.09 and have tried to add payruns only to get a decompression error. It appears that you have to decompress the entries that were compressed on NV1. We are currently doing a decompression on one set of books, we have already spent 1 hour, and have no idea how long this will take to complete. Meanwhile, we are unable to do a payroll for this company. Since we have over 50 sets of books to decompress, we are wondering if there is an easier way. Did we miss something on the instructions for installing 2.09. Any help would be appreciated.
