    We have converted all of our books to Version 2.09. In the prevoius version, when setting up a new sub payroll, or adding an employee to an existing payroll, the account set up had an excellent feature. It would prompt if you would like to copy from another employee. We have tried this since installing the new version without success. In desperation to get our payroll working, we had to block copy, block paste, much the same as you had to do in NV1. We are using the cash payroll, and were hoping to start using the accrued payroll in the new version, but are concerned with the amount of setup required as we do large payrolls for a number of companies. Any suggestions?

    Yes, you can use block Copy and then Block Paste or create the new line in the employee list and once entered right mouse click on the window below and click Tools > Copy Existing Employee Accounts.

    Double click on the employee you wish to copy from.
