In NV1 the command GOX took you to the cross account. Have been unable to find same in NV2. Is there a way to duplicate GO X.
June 2, 2011 at 11:53 pm #14329TThibodeauParticipantHave you tried function key F9 ?
June 3, 2011 at 11:05 am #14330MSchapplerModeratorYou can also use the JOURNAL to view the cross accounts.
Press F9 from the account which will park your view on the journal.
Click the Tab button Credit Ledger or Debit Ledger to view the effects of the entriews selected from the details.
For more information, see the NewViews 2.0 Manual > Journals for more information.

January 2, 2013 at 2:03 pm #14412RSingermanParticipantIn December, I converted from NV1.41b to NV2.24, and upgraded to NV2.25. In order to view a cross account, similar to NV1’s GOX command, in NV2 I have tried using the [F9] key 2 or 3 times and each time, doing so has crashed the program! An error message briefly flashed, something about a Journal, then NV2 just crashed. Then I had to re-start NV2, then open the particular file, to get back to where I had been before the crash. Does anyone know how to de-bug this problem?
January 2, 2013 at 7:58 pm #14413RSingermanParticipantI just tried to use [F9] again, but this time I copied the error message, so, hopefully, an NV tech expert can figure this thing out:

}March 1, 2013 at 12:31 pm #14419MSchapplerModeratorI suggest that you update to the latest version of NV2 which is 2.25.3.
Once updated, can you reproduce this error message again.
A better way to view cross account transactions in NV2 is to use the Journals under NewViews > Journals and double click on the desired entry which will display the cross account entry information.
If you still have problems, you can email me at support@qwpage.com.
