    One database has somehow deleted the window index for processing payroll. Cannot “F6” in the Run menu to drop down to enter hours, then cannot go to that period’s paycheques, etc. Have restored from a period that was functioning properly, but still no “select window” drop down menu. Top menu functions to change, but cannot see details.

    How do I restore the window set up (I have tried to restore to default with no luck while sitting on the blue line). I have even re-installed the latest version of NewViews

    Hard to explain, which I could upload a picture … help please

    Right mouse click on the blue Title Bar above the Payruns tab button and menu select Window > Default Setup.
    Click the Setup button when prompted.
    Once complete, move to another report then come back. You will now be able to view your Payrun windows.
