    A client is using a multi user setup which worked fine to this date. Had a power failure last weekend and now can not access computer with server. Usual message
    “unable to access port 7890”. The newwork is fine. Setup the books on another
    computer in the network and able to access books from the “Old Server computer”
    with no problem. Want to avoid moving the licensed server over to the other computer. We accessed other information on the “Server computer” just fine only
    can’t access NV. Read on the forum about “Port forward port to your router” Could this be my problem as well.

    Problem with router solved. Anti Virus had expired on Friday past. Once we uninstalled the anti virus software we were able to get the port working.
