Hi,

I would like to know, is there a way in NV to print a listing of all the posting accounts that are linked to a totaling account.

I know I can highlight the line and use a “PRTTOTAL” to print off a listing of all the accounts and figures that are totaling to the line.

However, it doesn’t give me all of the accounts including the ones with no activity for a particular period. And I like to see the accounts that are linked to the total lines, not necessary to see the figures.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The is the procedure TOTAUDIT (productivity disk #5) which will allow you to print or review the total structure of a total account.

Another method is to run the procedure GO and press enter. Press /A and then type the name of the total account. Press /E (to expand) to see all of the accounts totaling to the account. To print, issue /X (enter) N (enter) 0 (enter).
