    We are using VS 2.09.6.20071009

    We just noticed that the scroll wheel works properly in Newviews/Account/AP or Expense but not in other areas. Some screens will scroll up but not down. Others don’t work at all.

    Are you aware of this issue?

    Rename the workstation file (usually workstation.nv2) to workstation.old and then enter NV2 which will create a new workstation.nv2 file for you. Add the rows to your new workstation to access your application databases and click setup when asked to perform a default setup.

    OK, I did that but scroll wheel still does not work properly.

    AP, Expense and General screens will scroll up and down.

    AR only scrolls up.

    Others will not scroll at all.

    Anything else to try?

    Interesting. I’ll have a look at the cause and have it looked at for for an update to NV2. It may not be included in the 2.09.7 update which should be released today or tomorrow.
