    Hi,

    I created a new book earlier and having trouble making the reports to print condensed on 16p, 132 columns.

    Everytime I want to print a report, I have to go to SETPO to reset to print settings.

    If I want to print more than one report, I actually have to get out of the NV program, go back in, reset to 16p, before I can print another report.

    Otherwise, it is printing in 80 columns, 12p, all the time.

    Can anyone help how to fix the problem?

    It is quite annoying and slows down everything when I want to print off something very quick.

    Your printer is resetting itself. Issue /PAA (Print Advance Align) before sending a print job to ensure that your Print Options are respected.

    To automate this, you can run JIG and give it a name and add the following code:

    ~pa”a”.

    Run the procedure FKEYS and place the name used (above) on an unused function key.
