Is there any way to shut off the account selection option? I can type a whole lot faster than NV2 can bring up the account I want and now the option screen won’t go away when I press enter (no matter how many times I press enter). This is very frustrating and is taking me twice as long to enter things.

Hi,
We have the same problem, the account selection window will only disappear when you use your mouse to hit the exit button in the top right corner. This is only since we have installed 2.09.
