I do not know how to explain this, but the Tags and Partition Tags for the Budget journal show :

financial budget

The budget journal should have only the budget tag.

The result is that when selecting financial, both budget and financial transactions appear.

I made a copy of the books and did a reorganize.
No luck, still the same.

In the copy of the books, I created another budget. But when I specify the Partition Tag, newviews enters “financial budget”

Check the NewViews > Journal > General Journal > Settings tab button under Partition tags. You have double partition of financial and budget.

I suspect you have also set the root General Journal to financial. Remove this financial and then remove the financial from your budget journal. All other journals should remain as financial.
