For both NewViews 2 and NewViews for Non-Profit Housing users, this service pack includes:

• January 1, 2026 tax calculation update.
  • All Canadian and United States payroll users will require this version to process payroll after January 1, 2026. (Note that US payroll is not included in NewViews NPH).
• Performance improvement
  • Tools>Create Transactions>Duplicate is faster in a multi-user setting. Users working with transactions that contain many distribution items (hundreds or thousands, such as a monthly rent roll) experienced slow performance when duplicating these transactions, especially in multi-user environments with high latency. This release includes a redesigned duplication function that performs the operation significantly faster.
• Updated remote support
  • We are transitioning our remote support platform from TeamViewer to RustDesk, as their technology is more in line with our goal of providing best-in-class support services. Either program can be run until from within NewViews or on our website until December 31, 2025. As of January 1, 2026, only RustDesk will be available for remote connection with our support team. There is a new Help>Remote Support menu command to launch RustDesk.

For NewViews for Non-Profit Housing users, this service pack also includes:

• RGI updates (HSA and ILM Basic Needs Table updated for 2025).
• The RGI Calc Summary printout now shows the address field <street1> in the header to more clearly indicate the unit.
