The NewViews Maintenance App

The NewViews Maintenance App is incredibly easy to use, and designed to meet the work order management and unit inspection needs of non-profit and co-operative housing providers. Use the app with any PC, laptop or smartphone. The app can be fully integrated with the NewViews for Non-Profit Housing program, or used as a standalone system.

STANDALONE MAINTENANCE APP

One time setup fee of $350 then a monthly base fee of $80 plus $0.50 per unit.

Setup fee includes customization of the app to use your specific maintenance categories and unit inspection templates.

MAINTENANCE APP INTEGRATED WITH NEWVIEWS NPH

One time setup fee of $540 then a monthly base fee of $80 plus $0.50 per unit.
