- One license is required for each workstation.
- One additional license is required for the multi-user server.
- Prices include everything except technical support. No additional modules or add-ons are required.
- Each new license includes a complimentary NewViews NPH Update Plan for a period of one year (all software updates, including tax tables for Payroll).

*Each NewViews NPH Update Plan is valid for a period of one (1) year. NewViews NPH Update Plans that are renewed on or before their expiry date are considered “current” and can be renewed at the discounted rate shown above. NewViews NPH Update Plans that are not renewed on or before their expiry date are considered “lapsed”. Lapsed NewViews NPH Update Plans can be renewed for a period of one (1) year for a flat fee of $350 per lapsed plan, during which time they revert to current status and may be renewed at the applicable discounted rate before the next expiry date.
Read Only Workstation Licenses
NewViews offers Read Only Workstation licenses that enable authorized users to view and print data in the books without the ability to make any changes. These licenses are ideal for executives, board members, etc. who want or need access to the organization’s financial information but who are not involved in day-to-day accounting activity.
Read Only Workstation licenses are available for $195. Update Plans for Read Only Workstations are $45 per year.
