There is a problem in USA Payroll in the following states:

Indiana
Mississippi
Puerto Rico
South Carolina

Processing payroll for 2015 displays an error regarding a missing table. Change the State Income Tax lines from type State Income Tax 1 to Other and set the Rate for a fixed amount to deduct for State Income Tax in the Paycodes window. The next update will rectify this problem and you can set the Statement Income Tax lines back to State Income Tax 1 for type.

Local Jurisdictions Indiana (10), Michigan City (30), Denver Local (80), New York SDI (85), and Generic (99) also displayed a missing table error for 2015 payroll processing. Change the type on the City Income Tax line (CIT) to Other and set the Rate to a fixed amount in the Paycodes window. The next update with rectify this problem and you can change the type back to Local Income Tax 1.

Emailing of Statements and Paychecks need to be blocked one at a time. The next update will allow you to block multiple receivable and employee accounts.
