Is it possible to make a Presentation Quality Report with horizontal graphic lines to make a report with many columns easier to read?

Or make the report add a space line after a number of lines, like every 5 lines?

You can add the Graphic Lines to the template and style style sheets.
I suggest that you save the originals as a backup for your testing.
