    Make sure you are in a blue column with no dates in the top row.

    For 2024 T4s, please use one of the print templates T4_2024_slip, these are found in the NV2_install\print_templates\payroll_ca\T4 folder.
    It looks like the current Government would like us to use new templates every year.

    In the main database explorer on the left is a “System” folder, within the “System” folder is a “User” folder.
    On the “User” folder is a table for Access Rights that summarizes all the Transaction Edit Range Dates.
    The Transaction Edit Range Dates provide a “start” and an “end” date (a window) that allows for editing the books.
    Just set the Transaction Edit Range Begin Date within the current year, and all prior years will be “locked”.
