I HAVE A CLIENT THAT WANTS TO UPGRADE TO NV2, BUT SOMEONE HAD PUT IN A ADMIN PASSWORD. THEY HAVE BEEN USING THE BOOKS AT THE OPERATOR LEVEL, BUT HAVE NEVER ENTERED A PASSWORD TO DO THE WORK. NVREORG NEEDS OPERATOR LEVEL ACCESS. NO ONE KNOWS THE PASSWORD OR WHO TO ASK. HOW DO I GET RID OF THE ADMIN PASSWORD THAT NO ONE KNOWS SO WE CAN GET THE BOOKS READY TO CONVERT. THE BOOKS ARE HUGE.
The user must fax on company letterhead indicating that they authorize Q.W. Page Associates Inc. to release their passwords. Have it signed by an officer of the company and include a credir card number, name on card, and expiry date.
Fax the request to 905-946-1840.
