InactiveDoes any body know how to add the company name on reports that are printed..via print document or PRTACCTS. We have >1 books, and hard to tell which is which when dealing with similar AR or AP.
Also, if it can print date and time when it was printed so I can tell most printed version.
Can anybody share some code, or pressure QW to write a patch?
Thanks

ModeratorIssue /PO (Print Options) and set the Title, Header, and Status Line to Yes.
In PRTACCTS set the Status Line Comment to the name of the company.

InactiveHello,
Typing company name in status line inthe PrtAccts procedure worked, and in the /po command, I had yes to those items and still no company name.
I think i will stick to using prtaccts instead of the /pd way?
Thanks

ParticipantWhen you run the REPORT procedure, use the Global setting to enter Company Name, then print the Setup or Analysis report for the period you want.

InactiveI have no problem getting company name on a setup main report or analysis type report.
The issue is when I was printing a A/R listing for a certain customer, ie customer AR listing it does not print. and I do this through /Print Document.I have entered the name in global settings, but nothing.

ModeratorEnter the following on the Description of AR report:
My Company – Accounts Receivable
In your Print Options set Status Line to Yes. When Printing the Setup and Analysis View – Print Document will show the above Description.
Set the Status line Comment in PRTACCTS to the name you wish for printing account ledgers.

Martin
