    Can a set of NV2 books to converted to QuickBooks or other accounting programs? A client has moved on and the new bookkeeper does not use NVs. I’m assuming giving her a copy of the NVs file would be useless unless they can be converted to another program. Are there any licencing issues giving a copy of the set of books only (not the program)?

    You can give the application database to whomever you wish.
    This is the wrong place to ask about how to convert NV2 data to another accounting package. Try the target software package.
