When we open a set of books or execute a Go to any account or use F9 to go to a journal entry, the Database Explorer on the left window does not display the new position.
Is there a way to make the position follow the account, report our journal selected?
Just to clarify what I said above :
Yes, the position is selected on the left side, but with a large number of Accounts, Sub Accounts, Journals, Sub Journals, Reports and Sub Reports, even if the position is selected, we need to scroll to see it.
Not at this time. The users database explorer tree would have to shift which may introduce unwanted behaviour.
Perhaps in a future in NV2 version.

An easy solution could be to add a button like the the ones : Resize, Auto Bookmark On/Off, Open Detail Window…
So this would optional to the user.
To be precise it would not be an On/Off button for all the reports, journals, etc.
It would be a one time use, when the user wants to quickly access the explorer item.
