Close NV2 down and then press ALT CTRL DEL to display the windows task manager. Click on the processes tab and click on Image Name to sort the processes in alphabetical order. You should see Excel.exe. Click on it and then click the End Process button and answer Yes.
Go back into NV2 and print again.
