This service pack provides the following behaviour changes and fixes for bugs/problems:

• The File>Backup command is disabled on QW Page cloud servers. QW Page data hosting service customers should use the File > Download command instead.
• (NewViews for Non-Profit Housing users only) The RGI Calculator has been updated to calculate the employment deduction based on the number of people in the family unit, provided one or more members of the unit earn income from employment.
• A bug in the loading of communication packages resulted in a problem reporting bugs, which has now been fixed.
