After entering 10 years of data into NewViews, the balance sheet has now gone all wonky. Is there any way to fix this?
What do you call wonky ?
Have you tried to run check books ?
Our company books are from 1988 and we have no problem.

Set the begining date to zero and you will get the correct perpetual balances.
Thanks very much MSchappler, that worked!
On Wednesday night, I went to print invoices from accounts payable & I get a message that it cannot print. I have now discovered it is any info I try to print. I did check books today & nothing found. There is no help source in my area so I need some advice soon.
1. Check your Print Options, Filname SB lpt1, Printer: NOFORM
2. Have you switched to a usb printer?
3. Check your Windows Peinter setting to see that the Default Printer is correct.
4. Check printer cable
Here is the exact message.
Cannot open or create file specified in/Print Options
I’ll try your advice. Let’s hope it works. I’ve worked with this program since 1994 & this is the first message I received.
