Hi,
We have made a couple changes to a template to fit a payroll cheque- but the information is not “printing” to excel on the new template- have looked at the properties of the templates, everything is identical to the old file, but won’t print the new format?
Can anyone help

I suspect that you are altering a different template to the one you are using in NV2. Check your template settings.
