Good Day Martin,

I have come across an issue while attempting to print a block of cheques. This problem occurs whether I am in the Bank Payments ledger and or the payroll transaction paychecks screen. When I mark a block of cheques to be printed and issue the print checks command all the cheques are being printed on one page with print so small you can hardly see it. I have attempted to modify our check printing template numerous times to correct the problem but that does not seem to resolve the issue. I have to physically print each cheque on an individual basis in order to get the cheque to print correctly.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hello Les,

Set the template your are using to File > Page Setup > and select Adjust to – Instead of Fit To:

If you are using Excel 2003 and prior use 100%. If you are using Excel 2007 – 2010 use 95% or perhaps 90%.

Save the template and try again.
