I have a Newviews server set up on my workstation in our office.
I can access it through a guest user on the workstation, but our work from
home employee cannot connect no longer. She gets “NT server timed out error”.
She was previously able to connect, with the exception of a server system reboot which meant I would have to set and reset Telnet client and server.
Is there a way to check the IP address from a remote location for connectivity issues?
Regards,
Perry
The only I can think is to open a command prompt and ping the I.P. address.
Regards to All,
Martin
