Hello Martin,
I have been trying to import an electronic signature for our cheque templates but with no luck. Is there any way of importing a signature into nv2’s cheque templates? I know there are steps to be taken for other accounting programs but the same steps do not seem to work for NV2.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hello Les,

Scan a signed previously released cheque and copy the signature portion that you want.

Open the template in excel and then select Edit > Paste or Ctrl V to paste the copied signature into the template.

Move the signature to the correct position on the template and then save the template in excel.

Hello Martin,
Thank you for the quick reply. I did just that after posting my question. Did take a bit of manipulation getting the scanned signature aligned properly for our NV2 checks but it works great now. Not as difficult as I thought it was going to be.
