    Hi-
    We have 2 new clients who have CRA business #’s starting with a 7- ROE’s won’t print with a business # staring with a 7- we have had to enter our own number in order to print the ROE- and then enter the client number manually-
    Can you advise-

    Yes, you will have to do this for now.

    Service Canada specifies the first number can only be a “1” or an “8”. ROE Web specifies that the Business number can be a “1”, “7”, or “8”.

    This will be corrected in the next NV2 update.
