I purchased my January 2007 cash payroll update along with the productivity disk # 7 for my dos version of newviews ver 1.41b. I have successfully downloaded the payroll update but I am unable to download from the ftp site the pd7. I followed the instructions that were sent to me via email from Helen Quackenbush but it does not work. I keep getting an error message stating that the filedirectory does not exist. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

The URL address is in the form:

ftp://ftp.qwpage.com/hidden/pd7NVSERIALNUMBER.exe

If your NVSERIALNUMBER is 12345 then you would type the following address in your web browser and press enter to begin the download:

ftp://ftp.qwpage.com/hidden/pd712345.exe

All characters in the address must be in lower case.

Update on Download of Productivity Disk.
Talked to Technical Support on the problem. It seems that Q.W.Page’s Customer Service or whomever is responsible did not upload the file onto the ftp website hence why I continually received an error message. Once the file was uploaded I had no problems downloading the disk. All is good.
