    I’ve downloaded the most recent update and have tried to install it, but am getting an error that says I am trying to install an unauthorized version of NewViews. I just renewed up update plan, which had expired. Does anyone know how I can get the update to install?


    Hello Anna,

    You will have to call Support at 905-946-9460 and speak to a support representative to have your NewViews 2.0 program re-registered. The re-registration is required because you had renewed after the release date of the installation file you have downloaded.
