Statement by Martin: “Currently, you cannot move terminated employees if PAYRUNS have been processed for other employees in the same folder to a sub report/folder.”
If we have payroll sub reports like: Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly.
If an employee who was Bi-Weekly changes to Monthly, does the above statement mean we cannot move his payroll files to the Monthly sub-report?
No. You can move employees from Weekly to Bi-Weekly to Monthly regardless of Payruns being present. You just can’t move employees from a folder to a sub folder of the same folder.

So if you create a sub folder for Terminated employees in the same area as the Weekly, Bi-Weekly & Monthly sub folders, than can you move all terminated from any of the other folders into this sub folder?
