It appears that I have Version 2.07 of NV2 because when I use ‘help’ the manual that comes up is 2.07. However, I now see mentions to version 2.09. How do I get the updates? Shouldn’t they be automatic?

Updates are not automatic. You can download the latest NV2 update by navigating to http://www.newviews.com and click on More Information / Download below the latest NV2 release.

Perhaps there could be an automatic email out to administrators, etc. when there is a new NV2 release, so that when users don’t check the QW Page website for a while they could be alerted to a new version or update.

You have now released vs2.09.4. Should we expect to get an announcement on every release?

A major update is from 2.08 to 2.09, anything in between (a service pack) will not be emailed.

I do not know why you and everyone would not receive an email about a major update to NV2.
