I have to re-print an older payroll cheque. The employee’s address has changed. I have made the change on the employee’s personal information screen, however, when I attempt to print the pay cheque the old address is printed instead of the updated address. How do I get the cheque to print correctly?
Where are you printing the checks from? Updating the Personal information updates all areas for Print Checks.
Can you provide some more information from where you are printing the checks from? For example, the Bank Account, Payroll Journal, Payruns > Print Checks window.

I was attempting to print the cheque from the bank account. I hope this helps.
Are you posting payroll through a journal other than CANADA or USA? Check the Journal column of your Bank entry to determine.
What version of NV2 are you using? The latest version is 2.28.1.
